Most commercial real estate transactions
require some level of pre-closure environmental due diligence. Licensed real

what environmental due diligence is and which due diligence options are available.
If the transaction involves a contaminated property, environmental due diligence
will help identify the concerns that should be quantified and addressed in the
purchase agreement. If both buyer and seller lack a strategy to quantify and
address environmental issues, the fate of the transaction is jeopardized. This
workshop will: Provide an overview of environmental due diligence; Offer suggestions
on how to structure a purchase agreement to address and minimize environmental
